Summary:
The project is an innovative initiative that brings advanced technology for the monitoring of historical structures to Albania for the first time. The project aims to develop and implement a continuous monitoring system on the Academy of Arts Theater, to record in detail the reaction of the structure both under normal conditions (natural degradation) and in exceptional situations (earthquakes). Important international partners such as: University of Florence, TECNOPOLO D’Abruzzo, PALMERINI SCT, WEST AQUILA SRL and MGAD DESIGN also participate in this initiative.
This multidisciplinary collaboration will enable the creation of replicable models for the protection of cultural heritage, combining engineering sciences with digital innovation and historical architecture.
