During the last two weeks of June, we had the pleasure of welcoming to our university the staff from the International Mobility and International Relations Offices of the University of Urbino "Carlo Bo" (Italy), L. Bartolucci, and the Catholic University of Ružomberok (Slovakia), M. Pinkoš and L. Kravčáková, as part of an Erasmus+ KA171 mobility for training.
During the meetings with our Office for Educational and Research Projects and the Faculty staff, approaches and best practices in the management of international mobility were shared, with particular focus on administrative procedures and operational tools, coordination between partner institutions for non-EU mobility, promotion of both incoming and outgoing mobility, development of joint projects, and strengthening of bilateral cooperation. These moments of dialogue between offices represent a valuable resource for building increasingly solid, efficient, and quality-oriented international cooperation.
Meanwhile, a new Erasmus+ project for the next three years has been confirmed with the University of Urbino "Carlo Bo," which will structurally involve the Faculties of Economics and Pharmacy, offering additional opportunities for mobility and exchange for students and faculty. We are still awaiting results from other universities.
Thanks to the colleagues from Urbino and Ružomberok for the visit, their availability, and the sharing of experiences.
