On May 24, 2025, the second Congress of the Albanian Society of Nutrition Science (ASNS) was held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tirana, with the theme 'Nutrition is Health'.
The Rector of the Catholic University 'Our Lady of Good Counsel', Prof. Leonardo Palombi, participated in this scientific event, along with distinguished professors from the university, who contributed with presentations and discussions on the importance of nutrition as one of the fundamental pillars of public health.
Through this participation, the university reaffirms its active role in scientific research and interdisciplinary education, in the service of improving the quality of life and the health of the population.
This congress also reinforced the importance of inter-institutional collaborations as a key mechanism for the development of integrated policies in the field of nutrition and public health.
