Italy and Albania are currently facing common challenges in a constantly evolving labor market: lack of human capital, emigration, low birth rate and misalignment between training and employment demand.
The conference was born with the intent to open a constructive dialogue between the two countries, to identify shared and sustainable solutions in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in Tirana, AIGA (Italian association of young lawyers) and Confindustria Albania.
